Nonce Error when creating account – cannot get to payment

PLease see below from cusotmer

 log in (FutureMakers),

In the top right corner I click to drop down, and click My Account > Subscription, and then click the button that says Subscribe Now.

I then scrolled down to the Weekly Subscription and click “Sign Me up”.

Nothing happens.  It scrolls me down (see screenshot) where it says “Please Enter Your Details.”  But I am already signed in.  I cannot advance anywhere to proceed.

I have also tried by being logged out and starting again.

I  go to https://gladstonenews.com.au/toolooa-qld-museum-winners-future-makers/ and under where it says “Want to read the full article?”  I click the “Subscribe Now” button.

This takes me again to the subscription page and I click “sign me up? Under Weekly subscription.

That scrolls me down to where I have to enter my details to create an account. I enter in all my details but it doesn’t let me advance, because it says “email already exists”, (due to my already having an account).

I use Chrome Browser but I also tried on Microsoft Edge and the same thing happened.
