Same thing on my side! My form stopped working after update…..
Sorry to hear that. We are looking into reasons for this. Please share more details.
What kind of form did you create? Is it in a modal?
Can confirm this. Using a form with or without modal. When approving or editing submissions, the error appears.
Also, when using a modal for forms, opening submissions in the backend and frontend list only shows the button to open a modal instead of the content.
No, i created a page where i only display the form (its a form with acf fields that use to work before the last update). I tried to google the error and i only could find caché plugin issues but i dont have any cache plugin or similar. Sorry for my bad english, i’m spanish.
https://archivedpa.webs.upv.es/submit/ this is the page where i have the form, it displays the form, but when you click submit it returns a “nonce error” alert and no sumbissions are passed to the back.Also, when you edit the page with elementor, if you select the form widget, no info is displayed on the left sidebar. I also tried to redo the page from scratch, but when i write acf form in the widget search, there is no matching result.
Reverting to 3.10.3 “fixes” the Nonce error and modal button problem.
I was trying to clean up one of my sites and I deleted the Pro version and I got this same error. As soon as I reactivated the Pro, the Nonce error was gone.
Hi! I was still having this problem.
I was using the form in an elementor page.
Turns out, all I had to do was delete the module (showing blank left panel) and re-insert it. Just type ACF and the module will come up.
@hhhhaaarry
All good nowLooks like the latest update REALLY broke the plugin. It’s also not possible to add fields via the widget. When I click “Add item” in Elementor, it gives the following error:

Also: when adding an ACF form made with Frontend Form it also doesn’t show all the fields I added. And when the modal is enabled, at the top of the modal it shows these 2 characters: ‘;
Looks like there has been some typo in the code that broke some stuff.Also, upon saving my elementor page when i Reinserted the Frontend Elementor Widget and reloading, sometimes i get a blank Elementor Widget panel like @hhhhaaarry shows.
It’s a shame the plugin has a lot of problems lately. Maybe a good idea to create a beta program?? @shabti
I’m sad to hear about these issues. We have to really improve our testing on the Elementor widgets. So sorry about this. It won’t happen again.
Ww are putting out a fix in a couple hours.
Sorry to hear that. We will put out another patch.
Let me know if you are experiencing any other errors
Shabti, I have tried many plugins to make forms Posts but yours has been the best and has worked with both PC, Mac, iPhone and Android . I posted a question about why I can’t see the New Post widget on the Elementor widget column on many of my sites but have not gotten a response yet. This is my church website, please take a look at my question and respond when you have time. I prefer bulding the form through the widget rather than on the separate form page. I don’t know why that won’t show on some of my websites. Thank you for this great plugin. here is a page that shows the options I see on 2 different websites. https://pawsinthewoodlands.com/testdup/

Thank you for your question, I’ll answer you there.
Thank you again for the update @shabti
Nice that the form creator from Frontend Admin now looks the same as ACF, but unfortunately I still have some bugs there.
When creating a new form, I can’t add fields and the + icon of the “Add fields” is just a solid box (see picture). Also nothing happens when I click on it. I get the following error.
[Error] TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'c.siblings("code").html().replace') (anonymous function) (copy-shortcode-min.js:1:712) o (acf.min.js:1:1423) doAction (acf.min.js:1:589) (anonymous function) (acf.min.js:1:18751) addField (acf-field-group.min.js:1:22472) onClickAdd (acf-field-group.min.js:1:21953) (anonymous function) (acf.min.js:1:4453) dispatch (load-scripts.php:2:43070)
Upon entering a title for the form and saving it, the icon then shows correctly for the add button and I can add fields but the console still shows the same error when clicking the Add fields button.
Will let you know if I encounter any other bugs (in elementor) and if the nonce error has been fixed
