“Nonce error” after UM update

  • Hi, after updating ultimate member from 2.15 to 2.16 a login error occurs “Invalid Nonce” when using username and password to login. If using email and pw it works fine.

    All other plugins and WordPress are updated current versions (WP 5.4.2–en_GB).

    Hi @roboport

    Please disable caching for the page that contains the login form and clear all caches. Then try again.

    You should exclude these pages from cache: “Account”, “Login”, “Password Reset”, “Register”. These pages may not work if cached.

    Hi Towhid, many thanks for your reply. I completely removed caching plugin, cleared browser cache and re-tested. Same issue – when using USER/PW it doesent login… “Error: Invalid Email Address”. When using Email/PW its no problem. It doesent accept User name login after plugin update 2.15 to 2.16.
