I’m using wordpress popular posts that needs to access the wordpress API, it seems that w3 total cache is caching the nonce or something to prevent this plugin from accessing the api to count page visits. How can I not cache nonces with W3 Total Cache? Also, after making the setting change, will I need to purge the cache? Thank you.

    Hello @jwestinghouse

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please go to Performance>Page Cache, scroll down to the REST API section, and see if the option “Disable REST API” is selected?
If the option is set to don’t cache, you can try disabling the expires header in Performance>Browser Cache>HTML&XML, save all settings, purge the cache and see if the issue persists.
    Thanks!
