non-www domain is now secure but www not secure

    Hi there

    I generated new ssl but www domain is not secure whereas non-www seems to be working. do i need separate ssl for www domain?

    You can cover both www & non-www domain in Single domain SSL certificate itself. Please make sure to check the “Generate SSL for both www & non-www” checkbox on the SSL install form of WP Encryption. That will cover both of your domains.

    P.S., Please make sure you have a CNAME record added in your domain DNS records pointing to your non-www domain.
