I’m running Intagrate Lite Version 1.2.6. At some point between Oct 23 – Nov 6, 2016, non-square images are appearing as square images on my site (Oct 23 and earlier, non-square images would come into my site with white boarders). Non-square images look very bad due to cropping.

I cannot tell if this is due to some change on the Instagram API end, or perhaps a change with the Intagrate Lite plug-in. Any ideas how I can get non-square images to reappear correctly on my site? Thanks.

Hi – I have just installed this plugin and also have the same problem. Did you ever figure out a fix for it? Only thing stopping me from seriously using it (or upgrading to pro version), as a lot of my work is non-square.

Hi – no, I have not made any progress on this. Very frustrating – as I also post most of my shots in non-square formats. Not sure what to do to fix this.

That is likely an Instagram API issue, let me know if it still persists.

I can confirm that the problem is STILL present. The images fetched today were cropped in 1:1 RATIO on my wordpress site.

Hi Iain, I can also confirm that the problem still persists. In fact, this issue has consistently persisted since Oct 23 – Nov 6, 2016 (likely coinciding with an Instagram API change). Thanks for any help on this issue!

For the past two days, things have been back to normal on my site. All ratios now appear correctly with the new imports. Dunno what fixed it…
