Non-spam submissions being marked as spam

    This client let us know that multiple people have reached out saying they’ve tried submitting this form and it tells them “Forbidden”. I can verify in the anti-spam log that these submissions are being marked as “Forbidden”. Are you able to find out why? Is there anything I can do to help other than just marking them as “not spam”?

    Hello.

    I have analyzed marked as Not Spam requests and suggest the following.

    Please, change the Anti-Spam plugin settings:
    – Set cookies to Auto;
    – Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library to On.
    Please purge all website cache after that and check the results.
