non shortcode seems to work

    Hi, I use Version 4.5.3 with the default installed templates.
    When testing, the mails are received but the shortcodes are not filled with information like [wpmltrack] [wpmlblogname] [wpmlonline] [wpmlunsubscribe].
    Also the mails are cut off after this section:
    <!– END TEXT SECTION –><!– BEGIN SEPARATOR IMAGE –>
    Everything below is not shown in the mail.

    Any idea what is wrong and how to resolve this?

    Are the shortcodes not outputting anything?
    Do they just remain shortcodes in the newsletter, or?

    Do you have a screenshot or more information on the emails being cut off?

    The shortcodes only show the [shortcode] like [wpmltrack] [wpmlblogname] [wpmlonline] [wpmlunsubscribe].
    Nothing else is shown.

    That is why I ask: How to resolve this.

    Thank you for your response.

    So you send a newsletter and those shortcodes show in it instead of any output?

    Are you sending a preview by any chance?
    Can you try to queue and send an actual newsletter to see if it works then?

    Alternatively, can you deactivate other plugins and swap the theme temporarily?

    I found a better and easier plugin.
