But although the issue is now gone and we will use the variations now, there seems to be an inconsistency in the content being shown in the selectboxes. When an item is selected, then the other items disappear from the selectbox. Only until I select ‘Choose an option…’ again, than all items appear again and another selection can be made.

The first and last selectbox however behave as expected.

For e.g. if you have variations like that:

variation_11 -> variation_21,
variation_11 -> variation 22,
variation 12 -> variation 23

When you select variation_12 in second select you will see only variation_23, analogously when you select variation_11 in second select there will be variation_21 and variation_22.

When I make a selection in the first selectbox (same for the last selectbox), and then I change my mind and want to make another selection in that same selectbox, all I have to do is click on that selectbox to see the other item I can select.

In the second and third selectbox however, when I make a selection, and then change my mind and want to make another selection in that same selectbox, the other item to select is no longer there. Now I can only select ‘Choose an option…’, and after that the other item to select appears again.
