Non-responsive theme

Hello all

I have a bit of a silly question. I need to build a website really quickly and for this specific website a non-responsive site is best. Although I love(!) Twenty Twelve I don’t have time right now to figure out exactly how it works – I keep breaking it’s responsiveness. So what I need is a simple non-responsive free theme or alternatively I need to “switch off” Twenty Twelve’s responsiveness. If that makes any sense can someone please suggest a good theme for me to use or instructions on how to change Twenty Twelve so that it is non-responsive. I need to use a slider and contact form with it too. I’m thinking Contact Form 7 and Easyrotator / Nivo slider?
