Greetings, and thank you for reviewing. However, it appears being “non-responsive” for your title doesn’t match with your review about speed. So if you are able to, could you let us know if you are referring to the speed or if you are having responsive issues?
Also, is this about the demo site or your own site or other that you tested or tried this theme on?
If it’s speed related, then this could be content based or excessive plugins too. But the ideal solution is to look at optimization of the site with caching, CDN, or other forms of optimizing plugins. Slowness can also result from too many plugins because in addition to site content like image file sizes. Plugins also have their own stylesheets and script files that can put load on a site.
However, let me know what your claims are based on and I can look at possible solutions and see where the trouble spots are if it relates to the theme.
