Non-required fields showing validation errors

    I have a really strange issue I’ve been working on for a couple days now. I have contact form here– https://www.successmeals.com/client-information-form/

    Intermittently, when a person fills out the form and tries to hit submit, they get a validation error even though the field they tried to fill out is not required. Or… if it’s a dropdown that is not required and they don’t choose one of the choices.

    I started going through plugins and activating/deactivating, but have not been able to get it to break. I’ve asked them about browsers and have had issues in every browser. So, I am considering trying the theme deactivation next, however, if it’s not breaking for me currently with the theme active, I don’t think that’s the issue.

    Any suggestions as to what I can try next? It’s such a random issue that I’m really baffled.

    Which fields exactly do you mean?
