NON REFUNDABLE – NO REFUND for premium . Waste of time NOT WORKING STILL HACKED

    Only reason i bought because It says it can clean hacked website which is totally false.

    My site was hacked (redirecting to suspicious site) . I bought malcare premium (Because it says can found more infected files than other plugins) Cleaned the website updated everything reinstalled all plugins but the hack returned after 2 days was redirecting again. I had to restore the site from a very old backup an lost a lot of clients.

    no compatibility with sites running on vps or private server.

    I since move the site to a private server but malcare is not able to install I tried for 2 days.

    The premium subscription is NON REFUNDABLE “therms and conditions”

    Waste of time and money…
