Non-Profits are not included in your wizard “Business Types”

    We’re a non-profit. We’re not a business, or a for profit.
    We’re not an educational institution (though that is much of what we do.)
    We’re not a bowling alley or a nail salon.
    You’ve got a lot of choices, but you don’t have non-profits.
    While NGO might seem to cover a lot, not all non-profits are NGO’s.

    For instance, we’re an environmental non-profit, 501(c)3.
    There are lots of non-profit organizations.
    For a general list of types of non-profits, here you go:

    Adding these to your list in the wizard would be helpful.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Since the list is pulled from Google’s servers, non-profit might not be available.

    In all such cases, you can simply select organization from the dropdown.

    First I’d like to commmend you on a plugin that is intuitive enough that most of us can just go through the wizard without having to view the install video. That said, I’ll absolutely check out the video!

    Have you considered that as a Google API facilitator for a popular plugin, that perhaps you are more likely to get Google to add the various types of Non-Profits to their organization typology? Is it really okay to stand still just because Google is unaware? Wouldn’t that make for better ranking, thus making your plugin even better? Just a thought… Be safe out there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Google does not take suggestions directly from the companies and they keep updating the list on their own.

    With that said, choosing Organization from the dropdown would be your best bet.
