Non-Profit Theme – Cannot make header work

    Commercial themes are supported by the vendor. There’s probably a recommended size for the logo which should be in the documentation They’ll be able to advise you whether that’s the case & if so what it is and if not what else could be the problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks a million – the problem is that their site is not allowing me to register – they keep telling me I have the wrong subscriber code(even thought it worked to download and then upload the theme).

    I sent them a support request and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

    Meanwhile, I’m under a deadline with this client ; )
