We are using the plugin and find it very good! I had a problem that the plugin would cause a “non-numeric value…” error on the first woocommerce product review on a website product page. The option for integration with woocommerce is selected. Downgrading PHP version from 7.1 to 7.0 solved the issue. Does the plug-in work with later PHP versions?

    Many thanks!

    Hi vincent,

Sorry for the late response. I was unavailable during the holidays. It should definitely work with 7.1. A non-numeric value might indicate an incorrect setting somewhere or maybe an incorrect value being input for a certain review field. Would you be able to share the full error with us, including any reference to what line number and what file it’s stemming from? If you can’t see that info, you might need to enable debug mode temporarily to get a more detailed error.

    Thank you

    Hi Jay,

apologies for the delay in my reply have been rather busy. We still have the issue. I tried upgrading a staging copy of the site to php 7.3 and the problem occurred again. The error in the debug log is:

    [29-Feb-2020 21:01:33 UTC] PHP Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/hotspri0/staging/3/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-reviews/Functions/EWD_URP_Replace_WooCommerce_Reviews.php on line 130

It would be great if you could assist, happy to give you a login if required.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Vincent

    Hi Vincent,

That file referenced in the warning is used for a feature that lets you replace WooCommerce reviews with those from our plugin, which is actually part of the premium version of the plugin. The www.remarpro.com forums are meant for questions about the free version of this software. As such, please contact us directly by email or visit our website, and we’d be happy to assist you in using the premium version.

Also, please don’t offer or share your login credentials. Not only is it forbidden by the WordPress forum guidelines, it could put the security of your site in jeopardy. As such, it isn’t something we will accept or do.
