• I am not sure what version of WordPress I am running as I cannot get the site to come up. When I call it up, I get a blank white page with the word “error” in the upper-left corner of the browser. This happens whether I go to the root of the WordPress page or if I go to the admin page.

I look at the error log in my WordPress folder and see the following line.

    [10-May-2019 02:33:47 UTC] PHP Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /path/to/my/wordpress/folder/wp-content/plugins/pdf-print/mpdf/mpdf.php on line 30649

I realize that this is a plugin issue. How do I remove the plugin if I cannot log in to the admin area?

Via FTP or the file manager app of your hosting control panel, delete the directory wp-content/plugins/pdf-print.

You can then try reinstalling it in case the plugin got somehow corrupted.

    Thank you for the reply.

I did delete this folder and I the site comes up with this error:
    ———————————————-
    Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    ———————————————–
Strangely, nothing shows up in the error log. BTW, all my php files come up as 644 and the main folder for the site is 755.
