We’re in the process of configuring the free version of this plugin. We have a small script supposed to run for non-necessary cookies just to test the header and end of body script injection.

The cookie banner will show and place its related cookies if clicked accepted like normal. I see the non-necessary cookie being placed with a value of “Yes”. However if I am not logged in to the admin side, the scripts are not injected even with the cookie sset. But if I am logged in to the admin side, the scripts are loaded on the front end and I can see it in the console for confirmation.

If I remove the wordpress_logged_in cookie when logged in, the scripts no longer are loaded.

We are hosted on WPengine but do not have object caching enabled and no caching plugins.

Any thoughts on what this could be?

My apologies. When searching within a plugin’s support forum, it doesn’t do an exact match for the plugin so I stumbled on the wrong plugin to ask this.

    Thank you!
