Non-modifiable logo in the “site identity” section

    Hello,

    I use the Shopay theme for my store, and I would like to change my logo.
    Unfortunately, when I go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header > Site Identity, I don’t see the section to change my logo.
    I can edit the title, tagline and favicon, but not the logo…

    Can you share screenshot of the site identity so that we can check it. Also we recommend you to disable plugin one by one and check it whether issue will be solve or not.

    I’ve already tried activating/deactivating several plugins, but it’s not going better…

    Hello,

    The logo works fine, sure, but I can’t change it.
    When you look at my screenshot, on the left pane, I don’t have the “logo” section with the “change logo” button available…

    So I have no way to change it ??
