Non Member User in download log

    I am using Email before download, Download Monitor and Custom Forms 7 in combination.

    The Download log records the downloads correctly, but user column reflects “”Non-Member” instead of the users email address as I would have expected.

    Is this the way the plugin is suppose to work?

    If not does the problem lie with my setup, Download Monitor or Email before Download?

    How can I fix it?

    Hey Jeff,

    Email before download is a third-party plugin originally built for an older (no longer supported) version of Download Monitor. You could try contacting it’s developer and see if they can help you resolving this issue.

    Another thing you could do is check one of our own locking extensions like Email Lock (https://www.download-monitor.com/extensions/email-lock/). Our own extensions are fully supported and come with premium email support to help you resolve any issues you might run into.
