    Hello.. I have to put a phrase only for users who are not members…
    I have 3 levels of membership, and for any of them the information would have to be hidden.
    using this shortcode

    [membership level=”0,-1″]
    Hidden information for categories that are members
    [/membership]

    I adapt it for the 3 types of membership as follows:
    [membership level=”0,-1,-2,-3″]
    Hidden information for categories that are members
    [/membership]

    But he keeps showing it to the members too.
    How do you use that shortcode to hide information from 3 categories of members? (1,2y3)

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @makkibo , thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    The level logic here works on an OR basis so if the first condition is met, it won’t continue with the rest.

    I would recommend removing the 0 from them and just keeping the -1, -2, -3 levels because the content in the shortcode will only show for a non-member in any case.

    I hope this helps.

    I’ve already tried doing that ([membership level=”-1,-2,-3″]) but it doesn’t work for me either… it keeps showing that piece of text to users with memberships.

    Please confirm which membership level did the user have that was able to see it?
