Non-Member action Redirect no longer working with V2.1

After upgrading plugin from V2.0 to V2.1, the Non-Member action ‘Redirect is no longer working (Edit Access Level, Options, Non-Member action’.
I have it set to ‘Redirect’ with the redirect to: /wp-login.php
The redirect gives something like:
https://domain.com/wp-login.php/?redirect_to=%2Fuvltdocs%2Ftable-of-contents%2FNote the trailing slash after wp-login.php (I think added by WP) when to work properly it should be:
https://domain.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fuvltdocs%2Ftable-of-contents%2FThis was not happening with the previous version of the plugin. Is there a fix?
