non logged in user, page scrolls to bottom on page load

    when a non logged in user comes to my website, the page scrolls to the bottom of the page on every page. When a user is logged in this does not happen, i am using free version of membership 2, my site is https://fexsuccess.com

    can someone please help with a fix to this issue?

    i have tried to deactivate all other plugins, clear cache’ no luck still
    tried multiple different browsers chrome, ff, IE

    this was resolved by wpmudev, membership 2 plugin caused it
