    Hi,

I’ve got a site in development and I’m finding the plugin very useful.

I’ve set to receive reviews from logged-in users only.

    The process goes as follows:
I log in as a customer and go to any page which has reviews function active. Then I log out – logout success. Then I hit the back button in the browser – I can see a review form again. I write something and submit it – The review gets published as ‘anonymous’.

I think its a bug or am I missing some settings?

I’m so glad that you’re actively supporting this plugin – even the paid version of some plugins are not given care like this. Keep up the good work!

    Thank You!

Well, the issue here is that browser is loading a cached version of your page when you click the back button. If you were to refresh the page, the form would disappear.

It’s not that big of an issue as you will never see the form if you are not a registered user. Only registered users will be able to see the cached version of the page they were logged into if they click the back button of the browser.

However, the “restrict to logged in users” option in Site Reviews only controls whether or not the form is displayed, it does not check this option when a form is submitted…but it should.

This will be fixed in the next version.

Thank you for the speedy reply.

It’s just that I wanted to inform you about this issue.
And I agree its a minor issue given the only user with login details can click the back button. It’ll disappear if refreshed anyway.
