Non latin character slug in category restriction

I am having an issue when selecting a category in the “Enable restriction for categories” section. If the category’s slug has non latin character (i see the slug as %ce%b1%ce%bd%ce%b4%cf%81%ce%b9%ce%ba%cf%8c), nothing gets saved. It leaves the select field empty after i save.
