j’utilise actuellement la version gratuite de yith gift cards et depuis peu j’ai un problème lors de l’envoi de l’email.
Après création d’un code carte cadeau, je clique sur la droite “envoyer maintenant”, la page se met à jour mais aucun email ne part au destinataire. Pour info, cela fonctionnait bien il y a peu.
J’ai vérifier les emails sortant et aucun de yith n’apparait.J’ai également vu que dans “woocommerce-réglage-email”, il n’y a aucune notification email de yith.
Voici quelques infos:
WordPress version 5.9.3
Thème actuel : Astra (version 3.7.10)
Extension actuelle : WooCommerce (version 6.4.1)
PHP version 7.4.28

hope we’re doing well!

We have checked if there is any error in sending the gift cards, but everything has worked correctly for us. Tested with the latest versions of WC, WP and our plugin. We have also tested it with several themes, such as Twenty Twenty Two, Proteo, Astra and Flatsome.

The gift card is sent after the order reaches the “Completed” status. If the gift card still does not reach the customer, we recommend the following to see if the problem stops persisting:

– switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty Two.
– disable all plugins except ours and WooCommerce, and if the problem disappears, activate one by one until you find the one that causes the problem.

Two useful plugins to have more information, is WP Mail Logging to have a record of the emails of your sites, and WP Control to have control over the CRON jobs of your sites. Our plugin’s CRON jobs have “ywgc” in their name, so they can be searched for.

Could you review what we have discussed and let us know any news, please?

merci beaucoup pour votre réponse.
Cependant, j’ai réussi à résoudre le problème en installant “wp smtp” et maintenant les emails sont envoyés correctement après passage de la commande en terminée.

I Need help to find a fix because the problem is that also your “send now” button in codes list not works! Code are generated but email not send. I use wp smtp and woocommerce standard email arrive but not email of address I insert for gift card.
