non https redirects to cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I’ve installed this plugin into our website and the https is working. However when I try to visit or type the url of our website into the browser without https or with http it is redirecting to the /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

For example if I type ourwebsitedomain.com on the browser it redirects to https://ourwebsitedomain.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

But when I type ,www.ourwebsitedomain.com (with www) it is redirecting correctly to
https://www.ourwebsitedomain.com
