Non-functional Complianz. There is no cookie banner or script in the head

I activated Complianz and went through the complete guide.

I use custom templates for themes via wordpress.

I don’t see the complianz script in the and I don’t see the cookie banner either.

I tried changing the z-index on support, the console does not display an error. In short, I tried all the detailed instructions, but I still have no idea where the error is.
