non-exiting image URL+/img/banner.jpg is tried to be loaded on every sub-page

    Hello,
    for some reason this plugin is loading non-existing image /img/banner.jpg
    it adds to URL of the page this and tries to load. It comes from some script because it’s not in HTML or JS. What is it, why it’s there and how to remove it? Thank you!
