Hi, I have a problem with the sitemap created by YOAST. It contains URL there aren’t present in the website (the link I sent contains only some example).

I read other topics related to this problem and I tried to deactivate the sitemap and to clear the cache but I didn’t solve the problem.

    Thank you for your help!

  • Hi,

We would expect this URL https://www.sodexo.it/attachment-sitemap.xml to go to a 404 page if you have disabled it with Yoast. We would like some more information.

    1. If you go to SEO-Search Appearance-Media and select YES does the issue resolve?

    2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    3. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.4.2? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider.?Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast.?This guide explains more:?https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.

    4. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v14.3? If you update, does the issue resolve?
