Non-existent support, but works ok

I bought this plugin as I needed specific functionality, the app itself seems to do what I was looking for however I have been massively disappointed by the lack of support. I must have emailed about 12 times about different niggles and have not received one reply which is very frustrating. I’m wasting a lot of time trying to resolve things that they should have been assisting. I can definitely use the plugin but would look elsewhere next time I need booking functionality.
