Non-existent Support

Deactivated and removed the pro/paid version in May, 2023, chose to cancel the paid account at that time. I have been billed $59 per month since may, it’s now September. Have sent multiple emails, no reply, no cancellation. Don’t use this plugin if you ever plan on cancelling or having any type of customer support.
