Non-existent pages in Site Kit results

The Site Kit results for one of my sites (www.mysite.com) shows the following page as having been shown four times:

When viewed in Site Kit this shows mostly as Chinese characters. When I click the link in Site Kit, I get an error message:
“It looks like the URL https://www.mysite.com/search/%E2%96%88%E7%8F%A0%E6%B5%B7%E6%96%97%E9%97%A8%E9%B1%BC%E8%8B%97%E5%9C%BA13680862592%E5%BD%AD%E5%85%88%E7%94%9F+%E5%93%81%E7%A7%8D%E9%BD%90%E5%85%A8+%E4%BC%98%E8%B4%A8%E9%B1%BC%E8%8B%97%E2%96%88%E5%8C%85%E9%80%81%E8%B4%A7%E4%B8%8A%E9%97%A8ya2mrenh is not part of this site, therefore there is no data available to display.”
Why is this happening? Is it part of a hack attempt? Anything I can do about it? I am running several other websites with Site Kit on this server with identical set-up (multisite) and none have similar links showing.
