Non-existent changeset UUID

  • Can someone fix the Customizer so that it will work in multisite mode using Domain Mapping?

    Currently, we get an error: Non-existent changeset UUID

    This error is because the Home Page URL is different than the Site URL.

    (Site Address URL and the Site URL can be set the same, but the Home Page URL is different)

    When in Multisite mode, the customizer should not redirect its focus to the Home Page URl for the changeset UUID, but should remain focused on the Site URL or the Site Address URL.

    This has been an ongoing problem for years, and it would be great if someone has skills to fix this issue.
