    Hello!

Like someone that wrote earlier, I got an error from ahrefs. More exactly: Non-canonical page in sitemap, that relates to the sitemap generated by yoast. In the sitemap I have http, not https.

    How can I change this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @abfoto

Thanks for reaching out about your XML sitemap. I can confirm the child sitemap URLs are HTTP. This could happen if you recently switched your website from HTTP to HTTPS. We have some recommendations:

    • Ensure that your WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) are using HTTPS in WordPress > Settings > General
    • Clear the cache from your plugin, theme, server, or CDN such as Cloudflare resolve the issue. If you are not sure how to clear your server caching, please speak with your host provider.
    • Disable the XML Sitemaps feature and save changes. Then, enable it and save changes in WordPress > Yoast SEO > Settings > General > Site Features > APIs > XML Sitemaps.
    • Claim and verify your HTTPS in Google. This guide explains more:?https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/176793?hl=en.

After your sitemap has updated, we do recommend you delete the old sitemap and submit the new HTTPS sitemap: Submit Your Sitemap To Search Engines

Thank you for your reply! The only thing that I changed is that I went from wprocket (that was freezing my site after last update) to litespeed cache. Could that have created this error?

    Thank you!

It’s a possibility; that’s why I recommended clearing the cache from your plugin, theme, server, or CDN.
