Non-ASCII characters not displayed correctly

    When Android users share this link https://en.ha-mim.org/chapter-layl-1/ on their phones, the page title does not display properly.

    Actual title: Chapter Lay’l – Part 1

    Title processed by the Simple Share Buttons Plugin: Chapter Lay#8217;l #8211; Part 1

    There is an & before # but had to remove it. This support form converts it to the actual character properly.

    Can you please help on this issue?
