Non-AMP link in post

Hello, we have time sensitive content and sometimes it does not update on AMP for a long time so we would like to add a link to NON-AMP version.
I found the hooks tutorial but no idea how to add in the link to non-amp for the current post could you maybe provide the function to add to the functions.php?
