    The update message, that is.
    It says “Google Analytics Dashboard for WP has been updated to version… etc.” when auto-updates are turned on for minor releases. The message appears also to users of role Editor, for example. There is a link within the message that leads to the settings page, and when they click that, they obviously can’t access the settings page because their role does not allow them to. Better not show the message all together except for admins.

    From 4.8.3 the message will only be available to network and site admins.
