  • Same question for me.
Button is displayed but only administrators are able to choose a template into the dropdown list.

    Thanks for any help

I tested “shared”, too. Unfortunately without success. For normal users, the templates are not displayed.

Whether I create a template (private or shared) as an administrator or as a regular user. I tested every possible combination.

I see the the correct number of published templates in the header of the Plugin-Page. However, in the overview is still “No templatess found.” displayed.

Tested with a fresh install of WordPress. No other Plugins active, etc.

    Hi tschimana,

    I was tested at
    – Editor can see Admin’s template
    – Editor can see other Editor’s template
    – Admin can see other Editor’s template

    It works for me.

Sorry, I can’t reproduce the error.

    Is multisite?
    Subdirectory install?
    Do you have other information?

    Hi Miyauchi

    TinyMCE Templates 3.2.0.

    Tests with:
    – define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); and false
    – US und German (define(‘WPLANG’, ‘de_DE’);)
    – WordPress within Subdir and Root
    – WordPress 3.6.x and 3.71
    – Disabled all Plugins (except TinyMCE Templates)
    – With Standard Theme and other Themes
    – On local Mac with MAMP, a Root Server with many WordPress installations and a shared server (different provider).
    – Author and Editor Role
    – new and empty web directory, new database and fresh download from www.remarpro.com, etc.
    – mysql as root
    – local apache as root
    – All browsers
    – Windows and Mac

Memory limits and usage are ok.

A user with editor role can see his own templates. He can not see shared templates of other users.

I am happy to send logs or other information.
