Non Admin users can’t access media

When plugin is activated users with role Author or Editor cannot access the media library. I mean, it opens but there are no images to choose from.

I tried disabling all plugins but this one and it’s still not working. Disabling it works fine.

All user roles are default WP roles, no changes were done to them yet.
