Noindex tag unexplained

  • I would like to know why Slim SEO is inserting noindex tag on some posts of my blog.

    • Meta robots featured is ON;
    • The posts are public;
    • “Hide from search results” is not checked.

    I can’t find a reason why this is happening.
    Could you help, please?

    Hi @fredericobt ,

    I just discovered this bug yesterday. The problem is that Slim SEO uses “have_posts()” function to detect if a page has no posts. Some plugins/themes also use the main query to do their things, which alter the result of the have_posts() function and causes it returns false, event when there are actual posts.

    I’ve fixed it yesterday and just released the new version of the plugin. Please update.
