Noindex Past Events sets noindex to all events not just past events

  • I have a question about the plug-in ”Noindex Past Events”.
    We have been using it to prevent past events form showing in Googles search result.

    But this fall we have noticed that all our events have this code embedded.

    <!– noindex Past Events –>
    <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow” />

    The result is that no events is indexed.

    Can it be so that the plug-in no longer is up-to-date?

    Hmm… I just tested this on a client site that’s using the plugin and it’s working properly on their site.

    Is this a recurring event, by chance? It’s possible there’s a bug in the plugin around those… I’d have to do some more testing.

    Would it be possible for you to share the URL of your page so I can see what’s happening there? Thanks!
