    Yes, it is possible. /downloads/ page is a archive page of EDD products.

    You can disable the EDD archive page by adding the below constant to wp-config.php file or your theme / child theme functions.php file.

    define( 'EDD_DISABLE_ARCHIVE', true );

    Can you please provide me your web page URL? so I can take a look at it.

    Also please make sure you have updated the permalink structure from WordPress Settings > Permalink once.
