Noindex / Noarchive issue

There is a problem if you have a page which is noindex, noarchive but you still want an AMP version of it. The AMP version of the page doesn’t pick up the noindex, noarchive meta which is defined by the canonical. The presumption is that the AMP page should be indexed and archived whatever is defined.

With Genesis you can set that meta per page and likewise with Yoast. The AMP pages should be following what has been set for the canonical if possible.
