Nofollow not working correctly?

    Hi,
    When i mak a manual keyword link and also give it a cloak/internet redirect, such as:

    keyword1 | https://link1.com | nice-internal-link

    the nofollow attribute is not added to the link, but i guess i dont want anyone to follow that link, as it is (actually) external, correct?

    Please could someone explain if the currect way the plugin is designed, is feasible?
