Nobody answering support emails

  • Just wondering what is going on with your support. I have sent you four emails to try to get some help and no body is responding. Is there any chance you can get back to your paying customers at some stage????

  • likewise, I cannot get support for a problem where quiz answers are not shown after updating to the latest WordPress.

    The same ‘no support’ is happening to me after buying an addon. It doesn’t show up and I can’t get any support help. Could they all be on vacation at the same time? Or a company retreat?

    I have now had the problem resolved, but it took far too long.

    After a week, I did get email support from Frank Corso at My Local Webstop. He’s one-person tech support dept. He apologied for being unavailable for a short time.
