no xml file is generated

Hello.
I installed the plugin in my web, with WooCommerce 2.3.9.The plugin does nothing, does not generate any file.
but the plugin if it works on my localhost with a lower version of WooCommerce 2.3.9.
I updated my localhost to version 2.3.9 and gives the same error.
Can you help me
