But I would like to have the www to non-www version. ??

Also, it currently breaks if you have a domain name containing www, not just starting with it.

Yes, I am actually working on it now — I am creating an options tab under “Plugins” to give the option to enable redirect to WWW or redirect to non-WWW. However, I am debating if I should include the option to redirect index.php to / or not redirect it at all, suggestion?

I’m running out of time today, but I will be integrating it. Appreciate the feedback man! Feel free to comment on site with suggestions and bugs.

I’ve been looking for a way to do this and really appreicate this plug in but have noticed one glitch. When the plugin is activated, I can no longer edit or delete posts. If I deactivate it, I have to reset my user name as admin in order to work with the posts.

That’s really strange and definitely shouldn’t be happening. I’m using Justin’s plugin with no problem.

It’s important to make sure that your URLs in the WP Admin interface under Options are set to the same path that you are rewriting to.

For example, if you’re using the plugin to redirect all traffic to the www.domain.com address, make sure that your URLs in the WP admin interface under Options also use the www.

If there’s a discrepancy, it will likely cause problems.

Also, if you do make a change and you’re using pretty permalinks, you may want to update them as well. I don’t think this should make any difference, but if you still have trouble, you may want to give it a shot.
