No www redirection after using Ithemes security

  • Hi,

    when i try to visit this site : https://www.physiomedic.de
    I get the following message:
    {“code”:”itsec_rest_api_access_restricted”,”message”:”You do not have sufficient permission to access this endpoint. Access to REST API requests is restricted by iThemes Security settings.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    I tried to disable all setting of the plugin, deinstall the plugin, reinstall try again, nothing helps.

    Can someone please tell me, how i can disable those settings so that visitor can see the page again? (Changes under WordPress Tweaks, don′t work)

    Can you try navigating to Security> Settings> WordPress Tweaks and change the REST API to default access to see if that helps?

    Hi Matt,

    thanks for the suggestion, but i already tried it.

    What Matt suggested simply returns REST API behaviour to the default.
    If properly implemented it should effectively prevent the error from happening.

    Are you perhaps making changes to one WordPress env and then mistakenly testing on a different WordPress env ?

    To prevent any confusion, I’m not iThemes.
