No wpstg[0]_ tables found when following basic migration using find and replace

So I am trying to follow the instructions at:

I’ve gotten to the Search and Replace section of the instructions to change the database tables but there are no tables in the list that start with wpstg[0]_

So I’m stumped, how do I do the migration?

I’ve only got a tiny site, and I can’t afford to upgrade to pro. I just spent a couple of days updating the staging site and now I have to admit I wish I had never installed this plugin.

Please can someone help?
